Delivery Information

We only use the quickest and best delivery options when sending you your models. We do not to use the cheaper carriers because we want you to receive your order as soon as possible. We also try to dispatch stock items as quickly as we can.

Carriers

We use Royal mail tracked services for most of our deliveries. This ensures a set timescale and also means we can provide you with full tracking of your order from dispatch to your door.

Delivery Timescales:

At present we dispatch orders every morning 6 days a week. This means that orders generally leave us the next morning.

• Tracked 48 - 2 to 3 Business days
• Tracked 24 - 1 to 2 Business days
• 1st Class - 1 to 2 Business days

Upon dispatch we will let you know your order is on the way and provide the tracking information to you.

Stock

We hold a small amount of stock of most items and are able to produce new stock relatively quickly. If we are low on stock of anything you have ordered, we will let you know if there is likely to be a delay.

Packing Materials

We try to use sustainable packaging materials and also use a lot of recycled card and paper filler to keep your items safe in transit.
